Breastfeeding After Cancer
Hi Gang! Today’s blog is inspired by a conversation I had last month with a friend of mine over tea and biscuits. As we spent time catching up, she started to tentatively ask about my breast cancer journey as a new mum; what it was like in the hospital, and what it had meant for my career - the normal questions I tend to be asked. It is messy, scary, beautiful, happy, achingly funny, soul shudderingly sad, and so often overlooked in the first year of motherhood. In today’s blog I want to take time to hold it carefully and help us find ways to connect more deeply with postnatal love.

Welcoming Imbolc, And The Space Between The Seasons.
Today, I wanted to write to you about how we can help nurture our bodies and minds, spirit and emotions as we transition from one season to the next as I have been thinking about motherhood, work, family. Our nervous systems need deep regulation on a regular, daily, basis.
Without looking after our core systems, our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health starts to falter, and that is not a good place to find ourselves. No one wants to feel as if they are spirallin
